Drazenko is professional, courteous and does a great job. He took the time to meticulously sand and paint my older kitchen cabinets and they look like new. We were very happy with his work and will hire him again for other projects that come up.

Top notch contractor. I had a hard time finding someone who did great work and was referred to AK Home Modification. He did a fantastic job patching, painting, and replacing the flooring in one of the units in my four plex. Highly recommend.

We recently hired AK Home Modifications for a complete upgrade to the outside of our home. New paint, added cedar to our entry way, a cedar side wall, cedar covered fire place, external cable railing, and upgraded cedar on our deck railing. Not only were they extremely communicative (which is rare with contractors) , they were clean, professional, had attention to detail, and met our timeline for the job. We are now hiring them to do some internal work and am so thankful to have found them!

Absolute 10 out of 10 service and quality! Drazenko did an amazing job repainting the interior walls of our 2500+ sq. ft condo. Quality of work is exceptional. Great work! Drazenko was super-clear about the project, part of a larger bathroom remodel, and was able to get his part done in less than a week after I contacted him!
